Usk Tennis club is a sociable and welcoming environment for families. We put great effort into the development of our juniors but also enjoy adult tennis and events.
On Court
There are regular playing and coaching times for adults as follows:
Tuesday Evenings: 7-8pm, Men's squad coaching with Rhys Jones
8-9pm, Mixed coaching with Rhys Jones
9-10pm, Ladies squad coaching with Rhys Jones
Wednesday Evenings: Ladies Social Evening
Thursday Evenings: Men's social coaching sessions 6.15-9.15pm, Court One Only
Thursday Evenings: Men's Social Evening from 7.30pm, Courts Two and Three
Sunday Afternoons: Mixed Social Tennis from 2pm
Partly on Court
Both the Men's and Ladies Sections run Tennis tours each year. This year the Ladies have already visited Marakesh, and will be visiting Devon in June. The Men's tour in 2008 will be to Portugal in July.
During the summer month's the club holds ad hoc barbeques at weekends when the weather is good and encourages families to take part and join in the mix of playing and having fun together.
Off Court
The club has a varied set of events throughout the year with meals, quizes, wine tasting evenings and more to entertain the adults.
