Holders get knocked out of Welsh Cup
On Sunday Usk entertained Newport at the Athletic Club Ground. Newport, who had knocked Usk out of the Macey Cup, just a week earlier, completed something of a cup double by eliminating the Welsh Cup holders in only the 4th round of the competition.

After a disappointing (yet very exciting) weekend all three Usk teams are looking for better fortunes this time around.
On Saturday, the 1st and 2nd XIs take on their respective foes from Sudbrook. The 1sts are away and the 2nds at home. Both matches begin at 1pm.
After last week's cancellation, the 3rds will be looking to gain their first victory of the season at home to Brecon 3rds. Play begins at 2pm.
Please come along, and give the players your support. The bar is open throughout the day and a warm welcome is always guaranteed.
