Training sessions:
Winter Training:
Senior and Junior Nets are held on Sundays, at 5:00 - 6:30 at Monmouth School. New players are always welcome, please contact Neil Perrett on 07766 745 809 (Seniors) or Kay Peacock on 07931 523 651 (Juniors).
Junior nets begin 7 February 2010, Seniors 21 February 2010.

Summer Training:
Is held at the Athletic Ground in Usk at the following times:
Senior Men: Thursday evenings from 5:30 onwards
Senior Women: Sunday mornings from 11am
U-9s: Tuesday 4:30-5:30
U-11s & U-13s: Tuesday 5:30-7:00
U-15s: Tuesday 7:00 onwards
All Training sessions are free of charge and open to new members wishing to try their hand at the game. All sessions are overseen by coaches.
