Usk Cricket Club is a section within the Usk Athletic club. Formed in 1857, last season saw us celebrate our 150th Anniversary with a plethora of showcase games – when the elements allowed! The highlights of which were a visit by the World Famous Lashings XI, a trip to play Cross Arrows CC at Lords and regaining our Welsh Cup title!
We run 1st, 2nd and 3rd XIs, as well as junior teams for boys and girls for the age groups U-9s to U-15s, and since last season we have also started a women’s team. Allied to the playing side of the game Usk also has a varied social set up. 2008 will see further events for all-comers to enjoy – so watch this space!
